This is what Harmonic Wave holds, in the creator's own terms — and why the material that frames a record now has to be readable by whatever is answering the question.
Why this note exists
Harmonic Wave is the flagship product of Imagine Peak Studios. This note exists because the product has moved on from the language we were using to describe it, and a studio that publishes about infrastructure should keep its own descriptions current.
What follows is what the platform does. It is not a roadmap and not an announcement. Harmonic Wave is not yet generally available — the waitlist is open and we are running early demos.
What the platform holds
A release has always carried more than audio. There is the bio, the liner notes, the sequence, the artwork, the reason a song sits third instead of ninth, the links to everywhere else it lives. On a streaming service most of that is either discarded at ingest or stranded in a press kit nobody reads.
Harmonic Wave keeps it attached, and organizes it in three parts the creator fills in once:
- Context — artist bio, release notes, DSP links, visual identity, carried with the music.
- Storytelling — liner notes, sequence, mood, listening moments: the arc that was intended.
- Creative intent — how the music is introduced, framed, and presented.
None of that is new information. It is the material a label already produces for every release. What is new is that it becomes structured and addressable instead of decorative, so the thing presenting the record can read it.
The work is not making artists produce more material. It is making the material they already produce survive the handoff.
Why it has to be structured
Harmonic Wave is built on the Model Context Protocol — an open standard that lets AI agents connect to tools and data sources. A creator defines the experience once; any compatible agent can present it. The platform names Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, and Manus among the agents it is built to serve.
That is the whole architectural bet, and it is a narrow one. Harmonic Wave does not try to be the interface. It tries to be the thing the interface reads. Everything on the platform — uploading content, building experiences, managing access, presenting to audiences — can be done through an agent, because a surface that only a dashboard can drive is a surface that stops at the dashboard.
What the creator keeps
Three commitments do most of the work here, and all three are published on the platform rather than implied by it.
Content is never used for AI training. The creator controls the structure, the access, and the creative intent behind every experience. And revocation is immediate: unpublish or pause, and every future request is blocked — no keys to rotate, no caches to wait out.
That last one matters more than it sounds. Consent that cannot be withdrawn on demand is not consent; it is a licence with better manners. An architecture where the creator can close the door in one action is the difference between control and the appearance of it.
Streaming is the floor, not the product
It is worth being plain about the base case. A creator can upload content, take secure streaming URLs, and point any player at them — no experiences, no hosts, no collections required.
The structured layer is what the platform is for, but it is opt-in, and a creator who wants only reliable delivery gets that without buying the thesis.
The proof
The Time Is Now is the studio's own record, released chapter by chapter and running on the platform end to end. Chapter I: Innocence & Heartbreak is live and streaming on the major platforms, with later chapters unlocking on release.
It also runs as the first artist-owned MCP server, so any AI client that speaks the protocol can discover and stream the album as one continuous, story-driven experience. The server is public on GitHub under Apache 2.0 — inspectable rather than described.
We build the platform and we are also the first catalog on it. That is deliberate. A media infrastructure claim that its own authors will not put a record through is a claim worth discounting.
